Q: How far away is the airport from the hotel?
A: Approx. 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
Q: Who books transportation to and from hotel?
A: Each person is responsible for any and all transportation to and from airport.

Q: What Tower is the discounted room for $189?
A: Beach Tower
Q: Can I upgrade my room?
A: You can upgrade to the Cove for $449 a night plus taxes and fees or the Royal Tower for $259 per night plus taxes and fees. Both of these rooms are based on only on availability of the hotel at time of booking and not a guarantee. Please indicate on your registration form if you wish to have one of these rooms.
Q: Can NP's, PA'S attend?
A: Yes, BUT they will NOT get credit hours.
Q: Can I extend my stay after I make reservations?
A: Yes, you can change any reservation with us up until our deadline date. After the deadline you would need to contact the hotel to make any changes to your reservation and may be subject to availability and different pricing.
Q: How many nights are charged to my credit card at time of booking for hotel?
A: 2 nights are charged at booking, the rest will be charged at check in.
Q: If I arrive late or leave early what do I get credit for as CPME hours?
A: You will only get credit for the lectures you attend and sign for on your sign in sheet.
Q: Do they charge for extra people in the room?
A: They charge an adult rate for anyone over the age 12, if there are over 2 people in the room. There is a max of 4 people per room rooms.
Q: If I can't make it do I get a refund?
A: Atlantis hotel will refund your 2 night deposit if cancelled 30 days or more before start date of Symposium. 30 days or less will result in loss of 2 nights.
The Symposium entry is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Q: What if I want to book a reservation after the deadline?
A: After the deadline you must book your hotel room directly with the hotel and that is based on availability at the time of booking. The Symposium entry does not have a deadline and that can be paid at any time.
Q: Where is the Symposium held?
A: In Grand ballroom C located in the Convention Center located within the Beach/Coral Towers.
Q: If I want to change my reservation dates, room, or switch Towers how and who does that?
A: Any changes made to any reservation at any time is your own responsibility and needs to be done with Atlantis. Once you arrive at Atlantis any changes must be made yourself, PERI and St. Louis Podiatry staff do not make changes to reservations.
